WIWA, Germany, has developed a spray painting machine, which will mix the two components of the paint in the mixing head, either with fixed ratio or adjustable ratio. The two components are sucked by two separate pumps from large storage tanks as per the desired ratio.These are fed into the mixing head (Positioned before the spray gun ) in which the cutting blades positioned in zig zag manner,cuts and mixes the paint million times ,thereby ensuring perfect mixing which manual mixing can never be able to achieve.

These kind of equipment are recommended for low pot life two components paints and also larger volumes to be sprayed etc. Paint and thinner is saved substantially in this method.
