The powder coating plant is designed for a conveyor speed of 0.5 – 5 meter per minute with the component dimension of 2.5m (L) x 0.3 or 0.8m (W) x 1.5m (H). Also few plants are designed with vertical hanging up to 2.5m component height for Mild steel, EG sheet & Alu zinc sheet. The plant has Gas Catalytic Thermo Reactive oven which cures powder in 3-5 minutes. |
