Thinking out of the square.
Elevated gravity seal powder curing oven normally requires a minimum ROOF HEIGHT of 5 mtrs. However in this specific plant the elevated gravity seal oven was built with a very low roof height by using a different strategy.

Ideas drive the solutions.
To accommodate both primer and finish coat booths with their respetive baking ovens the required dimensions of a building is normally large. However in this specific plant, equipment required for the two-coat, two-bake system was accommodated in about 50% LESSER FLOOR SPACE by using innovative ideas. Call it thinking smarter on behalf of the customer.

Understanding specific needs.
A self- standing paint booth of size 20 M L x 10 M W x 9 M H with a baking facility (two in one) was required to be built to conform to international standards. Specially made EPS insulated, pressurized lighting chamber, collapsible doors, water wash and positive pressure dust-free paint booth… were created to precisely match the overseas customer's requirement and meet local regulations.
