Prism surface coatings is one of the largest suppliers in the world supplying powder coating plants and Paint shops with over 700 installations worldwide. In 2014 Prism has acquired OMT Germany who was one of the world leaders from Europe in supplying Powder coating lines and Painting lines. OMT Germany is based in Stuttgart which is the birth place of many German automotive companies.

Large sized components which are heavy or difficult to move or requires complex material handling systems to transport from one chamber to another can benefit with a paint booth and drying system in the same chamber. This speeds up the drying and painting process. It consists of paint and bake modes which can go up-to 110 degrees Celsius. Special 3 axis platform which are pneumatic can be fitted inside the booth for better productivity and saves on repainting costs. Prism has installed many paint booth with drying systems which are energy efficient and gives you a faster ROI.
