Dear Ganesan,

For the last seven months, we received no Heat & Control orders which required bead blasting.

After getting the bead blasting room ready, all SS jobs that we got were for pressure vessels and heat exchangers or heavier jobs that required no bead blasting.
We got a varilift order last month which had to be bead blasted. It was with great anticipation that we did the pooja yesterday on Janmashtami and wanted to start up but the compressor did not work since we had used it for a long time.
This morning the Atlas Copco guys came and found a contactor stuck and repaired it.
We have been blasting for the last 90 minutes and the dust outside the room is virtually nil.

We are also able to stand inside the door and see the blasting without any dust on ourselves.
We will open up the draw at the bottom of the bag filters this evening and see how much dust is there.

The project covered the operation of powder (dry) coating equipment, including pre-treatment, racks, overhead tracks, hand and automatic spray equipment and ovens, waste water treatment and solving of non-routine problems. Design of project was limited o the one hand by available free space and on the other hand by low cost.
A balance or equilibrium among the four project dimensions: cost, schedule, feature set and quality was achieved. Especially we would like to lay great stress on balance between cost and feature set.
The quality of coating components meets standards likewise the quality of treated water. Operative costs derived of equipment are according to the expectation.
